Our Milk Protein Concentrates (MPCs), Milk Protein Isolates (MPIs) and Micellar Caseins are derived from the ultra-filtration of fresh skim milk. They are naturally low in lactose and high in protein. Since they are derived from fluid milk they retain the same unadulterated ratio of casein to whey. Their stability, viscosity, and ability to enhance texture make these proteins ideal for a variety of food and beverage applications. In additional to standard, we also offer instantized products utilizing sunflower lecithin.
